Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to parties contracting with the Service Provider based on an individual quote, order, or production agreement, including especially businesses (B2B) and Customers requiring custom production. This document does not replace the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) applicable to the Service Provider's webshop, which solely govern online purchases by consumers (B2C) and the webshop ordering process. In the case of custom production, the provisions of these business conditions shall prevail.
Effective from: 2026.01.20.
1. General Provisions
This document is not considered a written contract, is written in Hungarian, and does not refer to any code of conduct.
1.1. These business conditions apply to printing services provided by A&P Kft. (registered office: 9027 Győr, Csonka János utca 14., tax number: 13173395-2-08, company registration number: 08-09-011769, hereinafter: Service Provider).
1.2. The Customer accepts these business conditions by placing an order.
1.3. Both parties stipulate that all communication regarding quotes, orders, and their modifications must be in writing. All changes are valid only in writing (e.g., email).
1.4. The Service Provider aims to maintain a long-term, reliable business relationship, therefore it always strives to serve its Customers to the best of its professional knowledge.
1.5. If these business conditions do not contain specific provisions for a given product or service, the Service Provider and the Customer reserve the right to agree on the matter in writing. In individual or exceptional cases outside the scope of the business conditions, the written agreement of the parties shall prevail.
1.6. The Service Provider reserves the right to define certain detailed rules, technical conditions, or individual working conditions in writing, which shall enter into force upon the Customer's written acceptance.
1.7. During the production process, the Service Provider may take photographs and videos of the products and workflows, which it is entitled to use in its own marketing and promotional materials, including its website and social media platforms. If the Customer wishes to restrict such use, a separate, written confidentiality agreement is required.
2. Order, Quote, and Deadlines
2.1. An order is valid only in writing (by email or through the Service Provider's website).
2.2. The Service Provider provides valid quotes exclusively in writing. The quote is valid in electronic form, even without a signature. The validity of the quote is generally 15 days; the Service Provider will indicate a different deadline if applicable. Informative prices are not considered binding offers.
2.3. No contract is formed if the content of the order deviates from the quote in any respect.
2.4. The delivery deadline is calculated from the submission of the final, print-ready material and the written confirmation of the order.
2.5. Standard production time: 10-14 working days; shorter or longer periods may be possible based on individual agreement.
2.6. In the case of urgent production with a short deadline, the order will be fulfilled at an additional charge.
2.7. Not all raw materials required for production are always available in stock. Consequently, after order confirmation, the Service Provider may need to procure raw materials, which could extend the delivery deadline.
2.8. If the Customer cancels the order after the production process has begun, they are obliged to reimburse the Service Provider for the cost of the work already performed and the raw materials used. Cancellation by the Customer after production is completed does not relieve them of the payment obligation; the full contractual fee becomes due.
2.9. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases.
3. Material Submission
3.1. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the submitted material is in a print-ready format (e.g., PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4, with embedded fonts and images, minimum 300 dpi resolution, CMYK or RGB color mode, minimum 2 mm bleed). The Customer can find the material submission guide and printing handbook on the Service Provider's website.
3.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for quality problems arising from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted material.
3.3. The Customer acknowledges that low-resolution images downloaded from the internet (e.g., 72 dpi) are generally unsuitable for printing. Software-based enlargement does not guarantee adequate quality.
3.4. The Service Provider is not obliged to store or archive source materials provided by the Customer after the completion of the order.
3.5. If the Customer cannot provide print-ready material, the Service Provider undertakes separate graphic
preparation, for an additional fee.
3.6. Upon the Customer's written request – if technologically possible – modifications can be made to the source material, for which a separate fee will be charged.
3.7. The Customer is entitled to use the provided computer materials only once, for topics previously agreed upon with the Service Provider. The Customer is not entitled to modify the graphics prepared by the Service Provider or to make any changes to the work (data, graphics) provided by the Customer in electronic form. If the Customer has a suggestion for modification, they are obliged to communicate it to the Service Provider and indicate the modifications in writing. If the Customer modifies the electronic format provided by the Service Provider themselves, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for errors arising therefrom.
3.8. The copyright for all graphic work created by the Service Provider belongs to the Service Provider; any use thereof for purposes other than those agreed upon by the parties, or for other purposes, may only take place with the Service Provider's approval. The Customer may use the graphic work prepared by the Service Provider and delivered to the Customer for the purpose agreed upon by the parties.
3.9. If, during the modification of files submitted by the Customer, unexpected alterations, deviations, or errors arise due to original defects or technical deficiencies in the document (e.g., unembedded fonts), the Service Provider shall not be held responsible. In such cases, the Customer is obliged to request a proof of the modified file and check its entire content. The Service Provider shall not be liable for errors occurring after final approval.
4. Other Services
4.2. On-site decoration: The fee for installing and removing decoration is HUF 11550 + VAT/hour/person, which is calculated based on the working time spent on-site.
4.3. Graphic design: The fee for one-time graphic design is determined according to the order confirmation. Any further modifications or changes to the designed material will incur an additional charge.
4.4. Storage: Free storage of completed orders is provided for a maximum of 3 days. For storage exceeding 3 days, an additional fee will be charged.
5. Samples, Approval and Quality Compliance
5.1. The Service Provider provides digital or paper-based proofs upon the Customer's request.
5.2. Production only begins after the Customer's written approval.
5.3. If the Customer requests a sample, it must be checked and approved in writing. In the absence of this, the Customer shall deem the quality of the final product as accepted.
5.4. The Customer is obliged to check the work handed over by the Service Provider for quantity and quality at the time of handover. If the Customer has a quality or quantity complaint regarding the work performed by the Service Provider, they must notify the Service Provider in writing within two working days of receipt. If the Customer does not notify the Service Provider in writing of quality and/or quantity complaints within two working days of receipt, they cannot subsequently refer to quality and/or quantity complaints. Textual and formal complaints are only possible if the Customer has made a prior (before execution) written (e.g., email) observation. Checking the proof is the Customer's responsibility.
5.5. In case of downtime attributable to the Customer, the Service Provider is entitled to charge a penalty.
5.6. After approval, the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for content and formal errors.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis.
6.1. Prices are gross (amounts including VAT), which are specified in the quote.
6.2. For new customers, a deposit or full upfront payment is required. The Service Provider may request an advance payment for the work, the amount of which is 30% of the agreed price. If the Service Provider requests an advance payment for the work, the Customer may not refuse to pay the advance. The payment deadline is 8 days from the date of invoicing.
6.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer, according to the deadline specified on the invoice.
6.4. For regular partners, the payment deadline is a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoicing. In individual cases, this may be possible with special agreement.
6.3. In case of late payment, the statutory default interest will be charged.
7. Delivery and Acceptance
7.1. The finished product can be collected in person or by courier service, at the Customer's expense.
7.2. It is the Customer's responsibility to arrange for the collection of the completed work from the Service Provider, or, if the Customer requests, the Service Provider will deliver the completed work to the location specified by the Customer after prior arrangement, for a fee. On an ad-hoc basis, if there is no other solution, the Service Provider will carry out the delivery.
7.3. Acceptance also includes the receipt of the delivery note, work sheet, certificate of performance, invoice or receipt issued by the Service Provider. If the Customer does not raise an objection within 24 hours, the performance shall be deemed accepted.
7.4. The Customer is obliged to check the goods for quantity and quality upon receipt. The Service Provider will not accept subsequent complaints.
8. Withdrawal by Service Provider
8.1. The Service Provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract, which it must indicate in writing.
8.2. Withdrawal may occur, for example, due to lack of stock, technical implementation problems, insufficient resolution, or the use of infringing content.
8.3. The Service Provider shall notify the Customer of the withdrawal within a maximum of 10 days from the order.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Service Provider's liability shall not exceed the value of the products complained about.
9.2. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
9.3. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for raw materials brought by the Customer.
10. Warranty and Guarantee
10.1. The Service Provider provides a warranty for the work for a period of 1-5 years following the successful handover and acceptance date: The duration of the warranty provided by the Service Provider may vary depending on the raw materials used, the production technology, and the nature of the work. The warranty conditions are always specified in the confirmation of the specific order and the related information.
10.2. The Service Provider provides a guarantee for the work, which covers faultless performance. The guarantee does not apply to damages resulting from improper use, unprofessional maintenance, accidents, or external harmful effects. The guarantee is enforced by written notification to the Service Provider.
10.3. Repairs under warranty and guarantee shall be carried out by the Service Provider at its own premises. The Customer is obliged to deliver the faulty product or equipment to the premises, or to hand it over in a manner agreed upon with the Service Provider. The Customer is obliged to inform the Service Provider of any defects (fading, detachment) within 3 working days of their detection. The Service Provider is obliged to rectify the defect within 10 working days of the notification of the defect, provided no exclusionary circumstances arise.
Note: The expected outdoor lifespan of prints without protective lamination (fading may begin) is 2-3 years; with protective lamination, it can be up to 5-10 years, and indoors, even 15-20 years. The lifespan (waviness, detachment) depends on the receiving surface to which the prints are applied.
Vehicle decoration conditions: The decoration must not be exposed to any effects that are prohibited by the vehicle manufacturer's specifications for painting. The Customer acknowledges that, in case of doubt - for example, before using unconventional washing agents or chemicals - the Service Provider's opinion is required.
11. Other Provisions
11.1. In matters not regulated by these business conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
11.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, of which it will notify the Customer in advance.
