During embossed printing, UV-reactive ink is printed multiple layers on top of each other, which is instantly solidified by LED UV light , creating a tactile thickness.

  • Layer thickness : the thickness of the print can be controlled – from fine texture to up to 1 mm
  • Accuracy : the layer perfectly follows the digital graphics, so detailed patterns can be created (e.g. thin lines, small letters)
